I believe that God yet has plans for the two of you to build bridges and community together, that as you each work on your "own" vision within your "own" ministries, there will emerge a bridge. More accurately, a portion of the bigger bridge that God is in the process of building through His people in our generation.Stevehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09140449664960036627noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14457001.post-76717317747266773302008-01-25T10:53:00.000-08:002008-01-25T10:53:00.000-08:00I love what you said at the end about reconciling ...I love what you said at the end about reconciling because you "planned to reconcile".

I think this is biblical and sometimes we forget that Christ was in the reconciliation business.

I'm so excited for what God is doing with each of you in different areas of the church, and as we continue to make headway in this struggle, I know that the two efforts will grow closer together in purpose and effect.

Blessings (ps403)The Bloggerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11664299500375323608noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14457001.post-73052739012937431812008-01-25T08:45:00.000-08:002008-01-25T08:45:00.000-08:00But you know how much energy and intention that it...But you know how much energy and intention that it takes.

Most people can't do it even in their close, personal relationships where significant investments already exist.

It's easier to retreat to sides and pigeon-hole. And people being people, the path of least resistance is often followed.

I rejoice with you both over the reconciliation. Angels celebrate as well.Markhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06559254262445527142noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14457001.post-48645011108187906942008-01-25T05:24:00.000-08:002008-01-25T05:24:00.000-08:00I feel for you (and him). It's difficult figuring out how to navigate a relationship when you know that there has been hurt and disappointment.

I'm glad you reconciled (or are reconciling). You sound very intentional about it, which is a great thing. It's probably one of the most difficult things that we are called to do as Christians, but it seems to be the most important.Rosshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08732955876428732569noreply@blogger.com
